Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they meet the following conditions:

• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging
• Not classified as non-returnable items

Non-Returnable Products

• Personalized or customized items
• Gift cards

Return Request Process

To request a return, please email support@boycera.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Our support team will provide return instructions once the request is approved.

Refund Policy

After inspection of the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting photos.
